A Simple Guide to Platform Fees
We believe in transparent pricing so you always know what to expect. We only make money when you do, and only on card payments.
How Fees Work
When a customer pays by credit or debit card, two small fees are applied to the transaction:
- Platform Fee: This is our fee, which helps us run and improve the platform for everyone. It gets lower on higher-tier plans.
- Stripe Processing Fee: This is a standard fee charged by our payment processor, Stripe, for securely handling the card transaction. It's typically around 3%.
Note
Bank transfers are always 100% free for both you and your customer. We do not charge any platform fees on payments made via bank transfer.
Fee Breakdown by Plan
- Community Plan: 7% Platform Fee + Stripe fees.
- Starter Plan: 5% Platform Fee + Stripe fees.
- Pro Plan: 2% Platform Fee + Stripe fees.
- Custom Plan: A custom, negotiated rate for high-volume sellers.
